The Customer Voices Examples Of Good And Bad Customer Service Experiences

Sprint (formerly known as Sprint Nextel) offers mobile phone and mobile internet service, including text messages and voice mail, to individuals and businesses. Sprint has sent out an initial batch of letters notifying them about the transaction but Gleason said Sprint will soon follow up, detailing the timing of the network shutdown and the discount offers Sprint is making to draw those customers under the Sprint umbrella.

I wholeheartedly disagree on what Sprint has done-this, if extrapolated, could lead to the next 1,000 ‘baddest' customers being culled and if every carrier starts doing this, soon some folks will not be allowed to sign up for a phone, and that will bring in the Congress folks with their legislative handbooks….

Sprint does offer a 2 GB data plan, although we're not sure who would actually use it. If you mostly use Wi-Fi and just want a simple plan with a little data and unlimited text, then that's fine, but we'd still recommend choosing the Sprint Forward 4 GB plan over this one.

I have compared the same iPhones, side by side, all from different providers, and the sprint iPhone is embarrassingly slow. Singleton said it was normal business practice for Sprint to audit customer service interactions. Sprint's customers were less frustrated and the carrier reaped huge cost savings.

While Gleason wouldn't give any specific details on the exact amount of the discounts, he said they would take many forms: device discounts over Sprint's usual subsidies, trade-in fees for older phones, porting credits for making the switch and activation fee waivers.

When I received my bill from sprint it was for over $800.00. So I called customer service they stated I closed my account, No, my account was never closed, the account is my name, and we swap the phone numbers. However, Verizon's plans are more expensive than Sprint's and it includes a much lower data cap (22 GB) for its Beyond Unlimited Plan.

Once we see a true 5G network landscape begin to evolve, Verizon will have a tougher time putting it in place than the competition will. The first part of the year we changed our service to SPRINT- we needed 5 lines and there was a $100 money back for each line and get access to HULU(did not know what Sprint that was at the time) a "win win?" NOT AT ALL.

I tried to change it and see what I could do for them to fix it, but the people at Sprint told me that i had to log in to my Sprint account. The third-largest mobile broadband provider in the country, Sprint service offers some of the most generous mobile data plans available.

Sprint piloted their first enterprise solution on Appian's application platform by implementing a new business model to enable customers to quickly and easily upgrade their existing mobile device at the location of the customer's choice. Sprint customer service is by far the worst that I have ever seen.

Having now given up on getting the phones corrected (I was told by Curtis and his friends that there were no 616 numbers left and they were having trouble transferring my existing Nextel number to Sprint because the company was still having difficulty combining services) I called back to get phone return instructions.

Sprint's done a pretty good job of expanding its coverage and speeding up its service in metro areas over the past few years, but it still ranks behind other major providers for coverage, speed, and customer service. And when the customers choose price over quality(Walmart is a prime example), the companies will usually control costs by cutting customer service(which is expensive due to labor costs).
